How do I set up subscription in dolphin?

I'm trying to set up recurring monthly and yearly charges with my paypal subscription button I created within paypal.

To enable PayPal recurring subscription in Dolphin you need to install "PayPal PayFlow Pro" module and configure it up correctly. 

Also realise that PayPal PayFlow is not a free service, there is a monthly fee; I think around $32.00 a month.

There is a module in the market; vendor no longer active, module not updated for 7.3 but reported to work, that replaces the membership module that did support subscriptions through a regular paypal account.  The module is not cheap though.
