How do I set permission to access TinyMCE advanced

Earlier I have posted the issue about that is impossible to paste a Google Video API in the TinyMce html area. With Firefox I receive -

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /plugins/tiny_mce/themes/advanced/source_editor.htm on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

It worked two times (Google API) with Firefox. When pasting simple html code it works fine.

How do I set permissin to acces permissions to paste 'advanced' code?

this seems to becoming a real headache for you...as no one else seems to have the problem i would suspect it to be a firefox issue but im only guessing, you could try safari to clarify whether its a dolphin or firefox issue.
