How do I re-download a purchased product?

I purchased a product a couple of days ago. I quickly discovered that it was not compatible with the latest version so I contact the developer who updated the product (great service) but I am now left in the situation where I cannot install the one that I have just paid for and I see no way of downloading the updated version without paying again.

How do I go about downloading the new version as I cannot see any way of doing it :(

You should be able to visit the product's market page and click the big download button.

Unfortunately there is no download button showing :(

if the developer updated the product, then the product should have been uploaded by the developer with a note that the previous instance had been updated. contact the developer. could be there are issues on the cart, and they may need to send you the files via an alternative method. 

It may not be a button. It may be a link as shown.





And if a forum link is there then that is where support questions about the product should be asked.


If you do not see a download link anywhere then you will need to contact the developer.

Is the product listed in your cart history?  It's possible the developer pulled the product and made a new post for it.  Either way, you should be contacting the developer about this.
