Hi,
Using "firebug" editing program (from FireFox), sometimes it shows "element.style" and NOT a .css file..... where do I find the "element.style" for any particular page?
Thanks in advance,
Blaine. (Dolphin 6.1.6)
Hi,
Thanks in advance, Blaine. (Dolphin 6.1.6) Thanks in Advance, Blaine |
element style indicates that the style is set in the code itself and not in the CSS file. So basically your kinda screwed unless you can find the spot in the code that generates that style becuse you can't override coded styles in the CSS files. https://www.deanbassett.com |
He's not screwed Dean, it just takes a little extra work to fix it. In truth, Boonex made the mistake of making alot of things in Dolphin (especially 6.1) an Element CSS vs a normal css. With a few exceptions, you can fix this though.
Why not give us a screenshot of the area you want changed and tell us what page it's on. We'll show you how from there to break it down by isolating the element and then converting it over to the CSS file if possible. If it's not possible to convert it over to a CSS file then we'll help you get it the way you want it to appear. What you learn in the process will help you understand Dolphin alot more.

Wow great insight mydatery. I wish I had your capacity to understand things. |
Using another members userpic the way you have, and pissing on a perfectly good comment is really lame mrinjazz. Why don't you just figure it out yourself since you're so smart? MyDatery and I aren't friends by any definition of the word, but you are a bottom feeder. Seriously, lose the pic. How 3rd grade can a person get? mrjuvenile.

Hi mydatery, I appreciate your help. Here is a screen shot of my Search Page (http://gaywww.com) Now, what I want to change is the "height" of the Rainbow Bar Image (80% Match) to "12px", this will then show the purple bar at the bottom of the image. Thanks in advance, Blaine. Thanks in Advance, Blaine |
