How do I edit the links at the top o fthe page?

Like the Contact us, the feedback, and all that?

I'd like to just remove it altogether, or at least edit it.

You can change the name of them in admin panel language settings. Change the language key/string to a different title/text that will display.

You can also edit the content in the actual page with the language key/strings.

If you want to remove the links or hide them on the top or bottom edit:
yoursite.com/templates/tmpl_uni/_header.html
yoursite.com/templates/tmpl_uni/_footer.html

Remove referrence to what you don't want find:

I tried what you said, went to the header and football files, and deleted the 'news' and 'links' bmi's.
