How do I completely remove Avatar module

How do I completely remove Avatar module in database, so I can do a new install of Avatar module?

 I know, but it does not show in "Installed modules" even it shows up on homepage as  _bx_ava_avatar.

Delete all traces via phpmyadmin you can follow this instructions but you have to be advance in phpmyadmin :

 Thanks.... When I did that it was deleted.... But when I afterwards tried to install the Avatar module again, I got "db connection error".
