You have two options:

a) using a database client (such as phpMyAdmin), navigate to: database, profiles, and the entry of the account you wish to edit. When editing this entry, you will see a field called "Role," which will have a the number "1" entered. Change this number to "3," save your changes, and empty the cache of your web site.

b) download the ever-so popular Deano's Tools from the Unity Market for free, which provides you with various additions to your Dolphin installation which will make management far easier, such as the creation and removal of new administrators.

Have fun.

ever-so popular

LOL. I wish i could tell. Boonex still has not added a download counter so we can see how many times something has been downloaded.

Still only 9 reviews.

Thanks for the push.

Deano, I know it's been downloaded at least 500 times.  I sat here and kept pushing the download button for hours.  I had to do at least 499 myself.  LOL

Well then. your 499 + the 9 people that posted reviews makes at least 508.

Well, any chance you can release a version for Dolphin 5.6? It's my new default version to use, you see.

Yes, I love the interface, and the numerous advancements over the more recent releases of the script. I also love how it has the most insecure setup ever, with your password being displayed clear-as-day in the address bar, and the admin having a password given as a default.

And I love it.

Hello Deano, make that 10! I downloaded Deano's Tools V1.2 Excellent!!

One question: Why does the inc/inc.header.php file show up... I would understand if the file had the wrong permissions... Talking of which, if you had a tool that could scan an install and check ALL the file permissions... ( I bet you hate me now!)

Stuart

Ps. I am off to write a review (I'm not very good at doing that, sorry)

Hey Deano, I tried to post a review but I could not. Nothing happened when I pressed 'Submit'

Try again with a different browser.

I am also getting reports of checkout problems with browsers when buying mods as well. We need to narrow this down so we have something to shove down boonex's throat.

The inc/header.inc.php thing just shows you the permissions. Its so you know that file has to be writable to use that tool. It's it not it tells you it may not save. The permissions are meaningless on some server setups.

Hey Dean - how about making your Deanos Tools compatible with 7.2 and keeping up with the times? I think this version of Dolphin has a lot of potential, and can't understand why they have missed a few "obvious" things. Want to sell your mod? Update it!

Thanks,

Gary

It will be. The new version of dolphin is only a month old. It takes time to get all the mods available updated. I am sure i am not the only developer that still has a lot of mods still in the process of being updated.

This mod if also free. Not for sale. So my other (paid) mods will be updated first.
