How can I change the colors?

Like the backgrounds, and profile colors in certain sections.

Still need help with this please.

Use Firefox with the Firebug plugin to find almost every code.
For background block look at the site from Jtadeo... he has some interesting stuff for this.

jtadeo site is good, firefox with firebug is great because it allows you to learn as your doing things.
