How best to proceed when selling Dolphin sites.

A client is getting ready to sell their entire 6.1 (with unused upgrade) site which also has a bunch of purchased plugins.

Would appreciate experienced input on how best to proceed.

unless your client have big profitable site with many real  members I think site is unsellable. Who gonna buy ourdated and no longer supported version of some small site with few members ?

The site is not being sold as turnkey.

They are thinking to sell or transfer their licences to Dolphin and plugins. As I understand they would be also selling the latest version of Dolphin since they have an unused upgrade they received for 6.1.

The plugins would be for version 6.1 but there seem to be some who are still using the older version?

Looking for input on legality and procedure.
