How add counter script to header??

Hi, i use stuffedtracker to get stats of all the visit and click on my website... i try to add the tracking code in the header... in the template, base, _header file... but it dont work... so where i should place the tracking code to make sure that the code will be loaded on every page that a member browse...

No problem, i also look for some answer that i dont know, but i will help the others with problem that i know the solution. This is Open Source...
