How To Add Box On Homepage

I want to add a box on the homepage, like a welcome box with a welcome message. How do I add a box, where the stats is on the main page above or below whatever (i know how to do that) and it's just text?

like when you go to the main page

BOX TITLE

Box info bla bla bla bla bla bla

Rest of Box Titles

Box info bla bla blabnla

to add box on homepage you can from admin area >> builders >> homepage builder
