How Do You Edit The Bottom Right Popup

Hi, I am trying to edit the bottom right popup menu that allows you to Add New... (name of module/feature) but cant find it anywhere.

I am trying to rename some of the text links to something more pat for my site. Also one of the icons is missing and so wanted to change/add the icon.

I have searched all over the database but cant find anything even remotely allowing me to solve these two issue.

Much appreciated for any pointers in right direction.

Alos I am using the latest 7.3.3 dolphin.

This menu doesn't have a builder, but you still can change it via  database.

- Open `sys_menu_member` table

- Search for row with Name = AddContent and remember the ID or this row

- Search for all rows where Parent = {ID from the previous step}

- You can try to change Order of found rows or see the language key stored in Caption field, then you can change this language key in Admin Panel > Settings > Language Settings > Keys

Please note that direct database editing may result in unpredictable results!
