How Do I Upgrade

Hi, ive been searching boonex for a couple of hours now and am looking for a donwload (what i need to downlaod) to upgrade from dolphin 6.1.6 to 7.0.9 or as high as i can go etc.

Also upgrade ray but dont know what i need and if i did im having trouble finding it..

It isn't going to be easy.. you're going to have to go from 6.1.6 to 7.0 then go up one upgrade at a time.. here the list and instructions. When you click each one on the list it will also have a link to download the "patch":
