How Do I Remove Boonex News from the index page???

I did a search but the posts are from an older version in 2008 where those fixes aren't going to work because it's not setup like that anymore.

Please advise.  If I can't remove them, how do I go about rearranging the index page to my liking?

Admin -> Builders -> Page Builders -> Home Page
Move BoonEx News(RSS Feed) from Active Blocks and drop it bellow Inactive Blocks, and it's gone.
