All my sites have just gone offline, cpanel is offline everything.

So went to HFW website see if there was a problem, thats also offline.

Went to my billing section, thats offline, everything offline...

Is anyone else with HFW? Please check and let me know asap if you have same issue!!!

I was just in middle of updating database when this happened and have a big site launch THIS WEEK>>>

Hope this has not lost all todays work...

Mine are still up. I can also still get to their site. There's probably a glitch in the internetwork somewhere between you and them.

Strange, their main site has just come back on, although the billing section / client area which is a subdomain will not connect.

Still all my sites will not connect either. Just hope its not screwed up the database work I was in the middle of...!

maybe your isp or something is blocking your connection.

so much to do....

 Impossible for me to check.

I cant log into any of my server control, root, cpanel, sites nothing.

Also cant get onto any subdomains of HFW which includes both the billing section AND the support section... Effectively Im completely blocked out from HFW and all my sites!!!!

what do you mean?

is your dns lookup failing?

This sucks.

I cannot connect to any of my sites, and can only access the main HFW website, but not the support or billing sections which are subdomains.

Have run traceroutes which show Im connecting fine and other people can see my sites, but I am not able to view them.

The fact that Im also blocked from the subdomain areas of HFW makes me think my IP is possibly being blocked out??

I was making lots of database changes when this happened.

Have done the reboot router, clear cache, new browsers, different machines etc and its the same on all of them.

you were making database changes, usually creates to many connections and it triggers security attack. When I was hosting with Arvixe, they would lock me out sometimes when I edited the database a lot and I would have to "call" them on the phone and explain it was me.

I am here because i use HFW. lately i have  been experiencing crash. my members in the lobby including me though all get disconnected at once and then when trying to get back on, the browser wont work for the chat to connect. could this be same problem or the cause of my problem?

is really annoying now as members are getting bad connecting without entering the lobby.

I dont know it all, so sharing is always better.

I am with HFW and my site periodicaly runs slow even on a dedicated server. It will be blasting along one hour and the next it will slow to a crawl or stop. When my site dissapears altogether its usually because it has been hacked or HFW have suspended it for something pointless.

Hope you get it sorted daihlo

depending on which browser you are using, i.e. chrome or FF, would use provide some sort of information about the connection failing.

this could be a situation with your database not connecting. have you sent a support ticket to HFW on this matter?

 @tussery,

yes this is factual, but would not satisfy why other members are not able to get back to the site?

but a great suggestion just the same.

i will create a video in just a bit on how to check to see if its because your IP is blocked

one method is to use a proxy --> http://hidemyass.com and put in your url, if the issue is a blocked IP, then going through the proxy will reveal the site.
