Hopeless?? Picture setting for guests? Please help!!

Well I want guests to be able to click on a user's profil to view some infos and ->>> one profil picture, like it is common on every dating website in web.

My nerves are quite frayed, by now I have an avatar that is shown only in a very small picture, and a folder "profil pictures" that can either be shown to guest on the profil, though, with all pictures containing or be hidden. If "profil folder" is unaccessible, guests can only see the the litte avatar. WHAT CAN I DO?

generall:

My privacy settings are public, but I edited the content been shown to guest by setting privacy options in page builder.

Not sure I get exactly what it is you're wanting to do..... but if you set "view profiles" to enabled for guest access in admin>settings>membership settings>non-member>actions and then you go to admin>modules>page access controls>page blocks access>profile - you should be able to pick and choose what shows on the profile page for every membership level including guests/non-members. So you can set what will or won't show for guests. If you don't like the size of the avatar picture, there's a post or two floating around the forums on how to change the size of the avatar picture, or you can change the access of profile folders to be public so that they can see all of the photos in the albums. Hope that helps.

Hey ggsinc,

thx a lot for taking  your time to help me. I searched for threads about resizing avatars, but i coundn't find anything useful. Every thread says it's not really possible, since a bigger picture will change the page's formatting!?

I've started a new thread, to make it more clear what i want to do or what it should look like respectively.
