Homepage Menu Bar Highlighting Events

I'm not sure when this happened but assistance in correcting would be greatly appreciated.  Pictures are attached.

When I go to the homepage, Events on the Menu bar is highlighted.   I can hover over the other items on the menu bar and highlight other dropdowns but Events always stays highlighted.   Hovering over Events will produce the Events dropdown.

The second part that I noticed today is that when I go to Profile, then click Edit, Events is displayed above the Profile with all the Event page selections.

Did you make some changes in BxBaseMenu.php or BxDolMenu.php?

I don't have anything in my notes referring to either of those files but I have custom modules.

I met similar problem before, but with custom made menu items. It highlighting custom made menus when you are on the home page. I didn't figured it out yet.

I guess that this trouble with you custom template, can you confirm this with your default dolphin's template?

You'll have a hard time getting assistance, without anyone being able to look at the actual site.

Access to the site is not a problem.
