Homepage Forum Post Problem and What my Host Say

I dont know there are others who are still having this rotating dots problem on the homepage. It's been days and I cant seem to find solutions that will help this issue. Anyway, to be more specific this is what my host has to say after trying out solutions i got from this community.

Does the rss feed require login with a user name and password?

This is a common issue with Function Readfile from the same server as the source. It comes down to a server setting. Which host are you using?

Hi! Thanks for the reply. I am using HG. Already spoke to support and the reply above is what I got. or perhaps I just dont know what exactly to ask from them. ;) Forgive my ignorance.
