We have an existing Enterprise Dolphin site with about 70 mods that is stable. We have about 30,000 members and get about 3M page views a month. We have great dev team of top coders that have been optimizing and customizing the site. However, they are very busy and so we want to bring in a second team for development of new mods and rewrite of some mods that are slowing the site down.
We also need help on scaling the site from 2 servers to 3 or 4 and so high load experts are welcome.
