Hide a group forum and make it accessible for fans only

Hi,

is it somehow possible to hide a group forum, maybe that only fans of this group can read and write in this group forum?

I dont find such option... That would be very useful to create a discussion-forum only for permitted users.

It would be nice if anyone can help me with this.

I found a option to allow "write posts" in a group forum, but not to forbid to view the group forum.

This is already built-in, the group Admin sets the privacy settings for who can do what in the group. Click the Edit button on your group and scroll down to the bottom for Privacy Settings and set the ones you want to "Fans Only."

thanks for your answer. Got it :).

Because this privacy setting is named "Post In Forum", i thought it is only for write access (and maybe reading is still possible).
