Hide Profile Menu Links to Visitors

I have selected to NOT SHOW photos/videos on a members profile but when a visitor see's the profile (one who is not logged into the site) they still see and can view the profile menu links for Photos / Videos / Groups.

Is there a way to NOT show these on the profile please?

Check the attachment. You can find them under Navigation Menu Builders TAB, click on each item and Uncheck the Visible for: checkbox for Guest.
