Helping with custom code is nice but...

I just saw a developer help out in a post that was not about Dolphin but custom code the person was trying to get to work.  Yet, my post about a member not being able to delete comments left on photos, and most likely sounds and videos as well, they posted has no answers (and I had to add this to blog posts; with help from a developer).  This is a common feature on social networks but not with Dolphin.  Deano did submit a ticket but I would really like some help in getting this in place now and yet no answers from the developers.  Helping someone with custom code is nice but not while ignoring bug reports and other problems with core Dolphin applications.  If nothing else, say "I note this bug but can not offer a solution" so that we feel that Boonex is at least listening to us.

That's exactly  How I feel as well, Deano did drop By on my post as did Newton27, But out of all the developers here at Boonex your trying to tell me none could lend a word of help other than whom mentioned ?

Then there's a new Dolphin like software coming out and everyone leaves Dolphin. The team is still scratching their head wondering why.
