Help with install

I have a 6.16 installed I am not going to use and want to use it on another domain. I need help with a fresh install of 6.16. I am using a mod that is only available for 6.16 and its a backbone of what I do. So, I am not ready to upgrade. Can someone please help me? I am also looking to copy over a current database.

Do you mean to say that you want one of your web sites copied to a new location? If you still need help with any of this, I'd be happy to lend a helping hand.
