Help with Inbox

Where can I modify the mail template?  In particular, when reading mail I dont want to show the Sex and age of the sender that pops up above the message, Im ok with name, pic and From though.

BTW does anyone know why when I change a user in the admin panel to a full member it doesnt show in the Users admin?  When I look at their profile its changed though???

Goto email templates in your admin panel and edit it as per your needs.

For your second problem it seems there is problem with that file in admin section. Look the queries and correct it.
