Help with Chat

When i go to chat and try to get the cam to work. The flash player comes up to accept but it freezes and you cant accept the player. What am i doing wrong. I do have RMS 

try on another computer if you can

Sounds like a browser issue.  It does this to me at times with IE, just try switching browsers
