Check into
Settings | Advanced Setting | Profiles
And make sure "New User Notify" is checked. |

Hello It may be caused with different reasons. However the first you need to check is 'Receive site notifications' setting in Admin's profile. If you have cron-related emails getting delivered to the same admin email address then cron is working and email delivery is working. Plus you say you checked that all settings are "yes" to allow email delivery both from new members and to the site admin. That does not leave much. Any changes to code lately, i.e. that might relate to any of the above potential blocking issues? Any change to code in the functions used to process new members? If you forward your admin emails to a non-site account... can you check the mail system on your hosting server to see if any undelivered admin emails are queued up? http://pkforum.dolphinhelp.com |
