Help please

 admin area where i used to have members tab now i dont cant figure it out below is what should look like but i dont have the members tab any more  this is the link to what should have but dont  http://demo.boonex.com/administration/profiles.php

Check if it was hidden from Administration => Builders => Admin Menu (under All Items). If it's still there, drag and drop it somewhere into the Active Items area. It's called "Members". If it's not there, drag a new item up and click on it to open the editor window. Enter the name and link.

i tried but some reason didnt work thanks for trying
