Help or epic fail

Is it just me or everyone seems to have a lot of issues regarding avatar on Boonex website?

I have looked at topic and search but no one seems to give you a straight answer as how to fix the boonex avatar issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the avatar module but still no luck.

When I try to upload the avatar the site takes me to image commend page and the image is no way to be found. If I try to select a pre-loaded avatar the site stays on the same page and a wheel keeps on spinning but nothing happens. I have submitted a support ticket but no one has replied. I don’t think anyone even opened the ticket to look at. So is there any help on this issue or is it just an epic fail?

i am going to create a video on both uploading an avatar, and selecting an avatar from the default set. i currently do not see any problems, and would consider this to be a permissions problem. but shall return with a video for you.
