Help moving database and upgrading

Hi,

I am trying to get my website to function correctly.. I have been having issues with 7.09 and my current host....I am ready to just start with a fresh install of the latest Dolphin on a new server. Once Dolphin is all set up correctly, I want to transfer the members I have (around 75 members) to the new database.

I would like to hire someone to help me with this and to help get the website and features functioning correctly... Ideally this person will be in the USA or have very good communication. 

I am ready to begin this immediately.

Although I'm not in the US, I believe my communication skills are reasonable, plus I have done this for several other sites in the past. If you require my help, just PM me to discuss details.
