ok here we go again...So thanks in advance.
1st. when a user signs up, I receive an email. that is good, but before I open it, it looks like this
me New user confirmed - New user tester with email
The "me" is what I see in the from sender line.
Where do I go to fix this?
2nd. when a member goes to sign in and requests their password. Nothing is sent. even though they put in the correct e-mail.
I tested this using different Test members I set up.
how do I fix this?
3rd. when a member is viewing another members profile and clicks on the SEND LETTER in actions. it will send to the site email but not the personal email.
can this be fixed? and how?
4. Contact us. not sending email .
5. in Member Actions. Share Not sending email, Report not sending,
also cannot find favorite/Hot list.
Everything above says that they sent and worked.
How can I fix them?
I checked admin panel. nothing, and i can not find cron jobs on my server. unless they are the MX Records? which they say is for email. I'm confused again .
