Help and or Advice Need ASAP

Hi,
I need alittle help with a couple of things, if someone could help me please... (Oh yeah this is the with the lastest version of Dolphin)

1) I would like to substitute the username to be the email and change the way the nickname is used in the profiles to show instead the "Name" and "Last name"

2) I want to create of Pet profiles similar to the person profile (with the ability to add as many pet profiles as needed) with ability to add pictures. Ability to enter into the different pet profiles and make comments.

3) I need to adjust the date of birth of the pet is limited to 13 years, but should be unrestricted.

This is for a pet site that I'm building for a friend and I can't seem to find a way to do these thing for him. There are several things that I need to do but these are the most important. Usually, I know how to do simlar things but I'm stumped with these 3 things, so,  any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

 Please help me with this??!

 I just want to basically, be pointed into the right direction in how to accomplish these things. So thank you in advance for any help that can be provided.

OK where you mentioned Email templates, it isn't so much the email templates that I want to change but the way the site displays the nickname and change the email nickname to the email address of the member.

in the Email Templates you will see code tags like <name> just change this to the <email address> tag.

All Profile Values are stored in the DB with tag 'key' containers. Find the right 'key' container and insert the appropriate/corresponding tag into were you would like the Dolphin Automation Email Template to fill in the fields via the stored Profile Info.
