Help! Networking Site Questions

I work for a company that is looking to set up a niche social networking website. We have the front end design completed in Photoshop/Jepeg files so we now need a company to integrate our design into a functioning site and implement a fully capable, easy to run and functioning backend for us. There also needs to be a small flash movie built, to which we will provide the images for and a small "Wheel of Fortune" application to be built.

We need the company to integrate a program so our members are ale to earn and buy (throughpaypal) credits that they can spend on coupons that are offered by our paying "Marketplace members". The developer should be able to leverage OpenSocial virtual currency payment platform to accomplish this task.

Our idea is to buy the template at http://www.businessintheblack.com/modules/content/index.php?id=77                                                                and have a dolphin programmer "Tweek" it to our design and integrate the modules necessary to accomplish what is set out in the above paragraph or purchase all the necessary programs and modules for a dolphin programmer to set up our design and functionality into a site. If anyone can give any insight or ideas into the best way to accomplish these set goals or know of anyone that can accomplish this task, then any reply would be very appreciated.

Hire a professional developer through a legitimate service. What you're asking for is far beyond what anyone here can offer you.

I wouldn't say anyone, but I would say the list of who can do it is severely limited.

1.  AntonLV may be able to do this, if your willing to pay him the right price.

2.  dolphinmods (you can find him at modzzz.com I think that's the site name, not sure on the number of z's in it)

That's pretty much it.  People to stay away from?

KMD/Eyeway/Buxton161/Michael Stanton.  At least that's the only one that would be dumb enough to promise this to you.  We can all guarantee he would not be able to deliver it.

You're forgetting, this person wants multiple custom features, including an entire game, designed in who knows what. They also want a custom design, which, if my guess is right, means they want a look that requires a substantially customized template, which most likely would require re-writing the way Dolphin handles custom designs.

I doubt AntonLV would even consider doing this, for any price.

This person needs a professional developer (or more) who can dedicate fully or a majority of their time to this project.

Somehow I see someone trying to talk this guy into the idea that they can do it and all of this coming back later to haunt him with such a horrible decision. 

For my company, we've hired multiple people who are great at what each of them does and some who are really great at integrating things with other things to ensure it all flows super smoothly.  I'm thinking you might be right about AntonLV not willing to take on this project, as it does appear to be very large and his time is limited.

I am looking for feedback on the best way to make this site in dolphin. The company is open to revisions, as in dropping the game and credit system if those are not possible at the moment. But I think there is an open source module that does a paypal integrated credit system. also the game is a small flash game that I can find someone to write in open source. As for the design, yes, we are looking for a specific look for the site but this should be no problem for anyone dolphin designer. Thank you for the list of people to stay away from mydatery and I share your concern about someone saying the can do all of it. I will definitely look to deversify the workload. I thought that there might be some companies on here or someone that might know of a good company that I can look into.
