Help : Error: Call to a member function getRow

hi all
please today i have this problem and all is up database and all  infos in inc/header.inc.php is correct

i have this erreur
 Fatal error: Call to a member function getRow() on a non-object in /home/nameofmyresseller/public_html/inc/utils.inc.php online 447

i dont touch anything  exept install some mods 
 

I would go back and uninstall the mods.  Then add each one in one by one; test after each mod.  When you get the error message again then you have found the mod that is causing the issue.

Or, you can think about the last mod you installed before you started getting the error message.  Note that uninstalling a module removes all the data forever; so backup if you have added content to a mod; assuming by mod you mean modules and not modification to core files.
