I have downloaded the latest edition of Dolphin including Orca. When I go to my forum to try and set it up I click the button to add a new group but after putting in a name I get an error message popup that says a new group could not be added.
I can't see any posts regarding this problem here. Is it a permissions problem?

It might be...there is an install.txt file that gives a list of file permissions you need to set...kinda long, but it's important to get it right. |
