Help!!!!

I have installed D6 and set up my website. I launched my site last night with everything working as it should. I made some minor tweeks today in page builder and now my homepage and account pages will not show as designed. On the homepage the right-hand column does not work and the first block starts to appear within the promo block. The Boonex footer now appears where the right-hand column used to be.

My site is:

http://www.designer-realities.com

I have run a search here in the forums but all suggestions I've found have not worked. I am now receiving the following db error in my email that does not make sense regarding my problem:

Database error in

Query:

SELECT `ID` FROM `sys_localization_languages` WHERE `Name`='' LIMIT 1

Mysql error: Lost connection to MySQL server during query

Found error in the file '/home/thehouse/public_html/inc/classes/BxDolEmailTemplates.php' at line 31.
Called 'getOne' function with erroneous argument #0.

Debug backtrace:

_____________________________________________________________________________________________

I have already removed the right-hand column of my homepage in builder to at least make it look a bit better.

Does anyone know what I have done wrong or what I can do to rectify the situation.

Thanks in advance!!!

Looking at my test site that I have already created in a separate folder, the promo problem and the boonex footer appearing to the right of promo appear but the columns work as normal. This would indicate to me that there might be a db problem as both sites use the same db. Each site is using different templates.

To clarify your problem please specify:

1)if you have changed any files or folders

2)if you installed dolphin with some sort of automatic installer or by doing the normal process

Cheers,

1) No, I didn't touch any files or folders directly today. I only used Admin.

2) I used the auto installer of HostForWeb and then copied all files to my root which worked fine until now.

Thanks NickL!

Do you remember your last activities in the Admin Panel before the error appeared?

Yes, I moved the site stats box a couple of boxes down the same column in page builder.

Sounds like the page builder produced a fault!

Go to your Admin Panel then Builders -> Pages Blocks and try moving one or two blocks, but let a little time to pass from one to the other.

I think I have fixed it. I saved the profiles table and contents and then did a db restore from the one I saved yesterday. The pages load correctly. The only thing missing is the profile pics. Maybe I forgot to save a table for those, I'll take a look.

Thanks for your help!

Yes, I've lost all the profile pics. But with only 15 members so far I can apologize and live with it. It seems that the lesson learned is to use the page builder slowly!

Lol yes...we're too speedy for it!

If you want to restore your photos it is kind of hard to do, but it can be done. It will take about an hour but we can the DB keys where to insert the proper numbers...all your profile photos should be saved in the "data" directories named with numbers. But it is kind of tricky to figure out.
