Hello Top Menu Question

Hi all -

Can anyone tell me what file actually controls the links in the Top "hello actions" menu on the logged in view?  I want to remove the "My Presence" link because I'm not using that functionality.

Ok now that i know wher to start can someone help me finish?

I want to put a block around this so i can have a backgroun like the rest of the menu blocks. Hope you understand what i mean
