I can not connect to the web server

I can not log in to your FTP / cPanel. Help. Someone can help with advice. I do not understand what's the problem?

If you can't connect to FTP or cPanel, that is a hosing issue, it has nothing to do with Dolphin.  Contact your hosting company.

Thank you. The hosting company said that it was caused by rebooting the server. Now everything works fine. Thank you for your response.
