I'm not sure if this is the problem: Did you make /flash/modules/global/app/ffmpeg.exe executible? (777) Are there any error or warning messages in /Admin/Tools/Hosttools. Other than that, I'll leave it to the experts, but do a search of the forum before the question has been asked before. |
