Header logo is cut in half

Hi!

After discussion with friends, seeing replies from my earlier post and doing further research online, I've realized that building another free dating website is a tough ride as it is pretty saturated niche. I decided to stop it and so I cancelled the domain mylifetimepartner.com however used the same settings and installation of dolphin from my old dating website.

Now what I need to do is just customize it by changing header logo, flash images and stuffs. To my shock, when I changed my existing logo to a new one, it just cut the logo in half. Please have a look at http://yabangpinoythecommunity.com/  the logo is cut in half. Another thing, how do I change the title?

I can now change the title..now how do I adjust the header so that it doesn't cut the image in half? Doing the resize thing in my admin doesn't seem to work at all.

I think the problem is the menu bar is way to up. Is there anyway I can move it 30 pixels down?
