Header image too tiny

I try uploading a header image but it does't seem to widen through the space,it only keeps to the default size 64 x 64 even after changing it size. What can i do to resolve this?

Upload the image you want to use again and make sure to uncheck the resizing box 64 x 64 and your logo will appear as it should.

Do you have any idea why,when trying to upload images on mobile it says wrong file extension or sometimes says done and nothing shows up?

Most likely you are trying to upload images taken by mobile device camera. If so, they might be relatively large (3 Mb+) and your server PHP is set by default to accept smaller files only. Wrong file extension — have you checked the file extension before uploading?
