Head Injections

I installed with no problems and all working well except cannot get the New Title Tag to override the default Title. Was very careful and verified installation changes. Deleted the cache but still the Custom Title Tags not showing.

I need URL to the exact page your trying to replace title on so i can see it. Also need to see a screen shot of the injection you using for that page.
