Have a few questions

In the control panel  when clicking on navigation menu the page is way to wide where do I adjust that at and do I create  and edit  builders ?

I meant How do I create and edit the builders ?

You don't. The navigation menu builder is as wide as it needs to be to show all the navigation menu items. There is a scroll bar at the bottom of the browser window to allow you to scroll left and right just as you would scroll up and down. You cannot make it smaller.

Also note: None of the builders in dolphin are intended for use on a phone, tablet or other device with a small screen. You should be using a desktop computer with a modern wide screen display when working within the builders.

And no, you also cannot create you own builders. Dolphin provides the builders you need in the builders section in admin.

The builders is a drag and drop system. Items can be dragged around to drop them into other areas, and new items can be added by dragging a new item up from the bottom, dropping it where you want it, then click to edit it.

ether I asked that question wrong or you  miss understood Iam talking about creating new items where is says new block,

Place you mouse cursor on the drag arrows of the New Item block and click, hold and drag it up to where you want it.

Once there you can click on it to edit it.
