HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

I am getting the following error when I try to install the either one of the plugins:  HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.  And after I did the install the shoutbox would not load either...

Can anybody tell me how to fit this? 

not clear on what you are actually referring to here. do you have dolphin installed, and you are adding a mod or a widget? because what you have written here is very vague in its presentation. so where i would be more than willing to answer your question, at this time i am absolutely just not sure what the question is.

gave this error:
"Internal Server Error
