HTML blocks and TinyMCE editor

Hi

 Upgraded to 7.1.0 and now when i try and create page blocks their i no TinyMCE editor avaialble and even if i toggle HTML editor then nothing happens

Just did a fresh install direct from http://www.boonex.com/paymentprovider/payment?product=Dolphin-v.7.1 and downloading the trial and even still the HTML editor is not their.  so thanks for ruining my website.,

If you are talking about HTML Blocks, then yes, 7.1 does have a TinyMCE editor for HTML Blocks because I see it in my installation.
