HTML Block missing

Hi, on ALL of my page blocks, I don't see an HTML Block, which I can drag onto the page.

Have I accidentally "uninstalled" it or turned it off somehow?

you mean page builder in admin panel?

Yes, I'm sure that previously, I could drag an HTML block using Page Builder but now the HTML block isn't there, for any of my pages
