Several users started posting HTML code in chat displaying images from the Internet. Is there a way to disable allowing HTML code???

I can't get any html code (6.15 with rms 3.5.2) to work reliably. some url's work, some don't. I can't type = at all, only get a +. how are they embedding images, i would like my users to be able to. |
