HELP PLEASE - Cannot Access website or Admin

Can anyone help ,I cannot access either website (JandaPal.com) or admin,Just keep getting the following error message,This has happened previousley but seemed to rectify itself but this time it has been like this for a week or so.HELP PLEASE

Fatal error: Call to a member function getParam() on a non-object in /home/tiler/public_html/inc/db.inc.php on line 83

contact your host. They will take care of it.
