 I am a newbie here and my question is very simple. How long does it take b4 someone from pre-sales to contact a potential customer? I have sent 4 e-mails to pre-sales, I have chosen an agent and even sent that agent 3 e-mail and I have still not received a response. Can someone help me out here?
