HEEELLLPPPPP I'm building a social network w a fresh copy of 7.09 and

It's crashing during a fresh installation and I have no idea why...

It's giving me the error

 Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/public_html/inc/security.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/formband/public_html/inc/header.inc.php on line 173

Hello amaniswann

For some reason inc/security.inc.php file is missing.

It maybe several reasons:

- when you upload files on the server, not all files were uploaded - try to reupload everything again

- you tried to upgrade from old version the wrong way, to upgrade from old version to a new one you need to supply all patches incrementally, you can find all patches here - http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/wiki/Dol7Upgrade

Here is a link

Question - do you think this might have anything to do with this other issue I'm having?

I actually didn't do either - I deleted the old copy (without upgrading) in both the old dir:

/home/formband/public_html/

and new dir: /home/public_html/

...and created a new install in: /home/public_html/

(IDK why I'm even getting an error pointing to anything in /home/formband/public_html/ when the new install shouldn't know anything about /home/formband/public_html/ since I created the new fresh install in /home/public_html/)

@amaniswann: I just directed both your other threads here to cut down on the confusion. I think Iworld hit the nail on the head.. when you deleted the files to start over did you delete the database also? If not then you're still using the database from the old site.
