Groups: Add Video - File not found

When uploading a video via Add Video to groups, they are not showing up under the videos tab as active or pending, and upon refreshing in the group, I have one that says File Not Found and one that says File Not Processed.  Anyone?

Try to upload a video of very small size and see if it works or not. Are you able to upload videos to the Video module itself ?

Video module seems to work fine
